What this office actually does
Down-ballot races are lost to unfamiliarity more often than to opposition, so the most useful post a local campaign can write is the one explaining what the seat controls. This is a placeholder for that post.
Why this post exists
Every generated instance ships with three posts so the blog index, the post template, the share buttons and the sitemap all have something real to render. Replace them during the content pass; the shapes are more useful than the words.
What to write here
Explain the office in the terms a resident would use. How many members, how they are chosen, what they decide, and which of those decisions a person would actually notice. Resist the urge to make it about the candidate — that page already exists.
Length
Four to six short sections, a few hundred words. A local campaign post competes with a phone notification, not with a magazine.
